Eva Ditgen is a specialist in Copyright and Media Law and has been active in the Berlin office since 2013. Prior to this, she worked for an international legal practice in Sydney, Australia, where, apart from completing her Masters degree in the area of Intellectual Property, she earned her post-doctorate in Applied Intellectual Property Law (IP Management). During this period, Ms. Ditgen was predominantly active in the areas of international Copyright, Trademark and Company Law.
Ms. Ditgen began her studies at the University of Bayreuth where, in the course of a two-year post-graduate course in Economics, earned the title “Wirtschaftsjuristin“ (Specialist Commercial Lawyer). She then continued her legal studies at Munich’s Ludwig Maximilian University, always with her focus firmly on Intellectual property and commercial property rights.
Ms. Ditgen represents national and international clients from the media and entertainment sectors and advises them in all matters surrounding copyright, film and media law. Paramount for her is the close and trustworthy relationship with her clients and a sustainable, practice-oriented consultancy.
