Stefan v. Moers has been with the firm since 1982, he is one of the name-giving and founding partners and has been working in the areas of media, entertainment and press law for almost 20 years.
He mostly represents production companies, publishing houses and some renowned artists. Moreover, he is a specialist in company law and represents clients within the framework of company foundations, company reorganisations, disputes regarding company law, mergers and acquisitions and in the coordination and coaching of multidisciplinary, complex issues. For several years he was the chairman of the supervisory board of Studio Babelsberg AG and is an instructor at the Munich Academy of Film and Television (HFF) in the department production and media business with a focus on the foundation of production companies.
