Caroline Barnbeck

Caroline Barnbeck is an associate lawyer at the Berlin office of Brehm & v. Moers. She is part of the advisory team there in the area of labour and media employment law.
After her first state examination, Caroline Barnbeck gained practical experience in banking supervisory law at an international law firm (Linklaters LLP) and was also entrusted with international law matters at the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ). She was able to deepen her knowledge of the latter during her legal traineeship at the German Foreign Office before she finally became part of our team as a legal trainee and now as a lawyer.
In addition to national and international film production and media companies, Ms Barnbeck advises and represents artists in particular, both in and out of court. Her main areas of expertise are status issues of film and media employees, contract drafting and, last but not least, conflict and termination situations.
Education
Caroline Barnbeck studied law in Frankfurt am Main. There she specialised in the field of "Internationalisation and Europeanisation of Law". She is currently continuing her professional training as a specialist in labour law.
She was admitted to the bar in 2022.
